about me

My name is Jonathan Shull. I am a second generation piano technician. I got my start in piano technology in the early nineties assisting my dad in piano rebuilding and listening closely to everything he had to teach me.

My Mission

Take the guesswork out of great piano service. I want to use the experience and the skill I have acquired over the years to make each piano I service sound and play as well as possible, while also making the experience easy and stress free for my customers.

My Values

Every time I walk into someone’s home is an opportunity to make their day a little better. While I try to be efficient and respect people’s time, I never want people to feel rushed. Part of being a good piano technician is carefully listening to people and understanding their unique wants and concerns. I always strive to be polite, patient and friendly.
